**RUBY GEM** #3: my weekend

TONSTARTSSBANDHT were here W/ COOL WORLD (DoesAre/Black Cheeks Label friends, also members of the current other amazing freshness aka SUPERBUD & the strait dankness aka NASA) and played a decidedly "bad experience" at a dying thrift/barter store downtown... tonstartssbandht were "shushed" by them bc they were playing 'too loud' fo their neighbors to handle.......anwayz:

all was revenged when a MOST EXCELLENT TONSTARTSBANDHT/HIGH RISE II show happened below the floor boards of where i sleep, god damnit, it was a beautiful... but I have very little live coverage, so ill post the closest possible representation of the experience:

ON A RELATED NOTE:
i was too busy gettin down at my place before the initial show and missed cool-world -- i hearded they ruled tho, itll be fine, they live a block away and are playing at AS220 real soon (11/10, $6) everyone should go...

    you missed our set and the only photos of us you have are us eating pizza and looking really stoned so you actually have no evidence that we play live music. fittingly, then: Cool-world - "Gaydream Nation" release on Does Are hopefully before the as220 show. ruby scoops will no doubt get a promo copy A.S.A.Possible

    i have had an intense amount of faith building up inside that whispers myths like: "seeing a live cool world set really will make the world a cooler place'

    fyi: ruby scoops is somewhat of a mystic

    also, i heard a rumor that all you guys do is eat pizza, i think i believe this gossip seeing as the only existing photography found representing the essence of cool world was such
